Daily assessment at Scrum Breakfast Bern

On September 28, I will have the pleasure of giving a talk at Scrum Breakfast Bern about daily assessment, the humane assessment process that empowers engineers to control their system's architecture.

The main focus of the presentation will be to provide the motivation for why daily assessment is needed in particular in an agile environment, and to describe the steps of the process:

  • identify concerns and make them explicit,
  • create detection rules,
  • discuss issues in a daily assessment stand-up, and
  • fix today what can be fixed quickly.

You can find more information and a registration form on the SwissICT website. The attendance is free.
